{ getting healthy part 1.5 }

What feels like a million years ago, I used to be about 120 pounds, not a complete tooth pick but skinny have boobs and an ass. I worked hard to keep it like that. Well, the freshman 15 (or like 30) happened, life happened and I now have more booty and whole lot more boobs. I also weigh in the 180s. I was 168 in April. 20 pounds in 6 months is kinda gross. So I’ve started eating in portions and healthy for about a week and I already lost one pound without going to the gym.

With the potential of me starting school in Jan, I want to go as a new me. Not an overweight girl. I can see the pounds starting to come off and I cannot tell you what has helped with my confidence.

I’m going to go more in depth in part two, but I’m excited with my progress!
